Is https://www.google.com/search?q=sri-lanka-visa-service.com legitimate? They are asking for $90!

I’m trying to apply for my tourist visa (ETA) for our trip next month. I found this website that looks very official, but they are asking for $90 USD per person. I thought the fees were much lower?

Has anyone used this site? Is it a scam or did the prices just go up recently? I don't want to enter my credit card details if it's fake.
