We are in Gothatuwa. Ada had a local Suramyarama perahera from 6:30 p.m. on the 175 stretch. It is later now. Maybe the loop has passed.

Treat it as maybe-clearing. If the procession has passed, the 175 runs again, maybe slow leftover cones. It was never cancelled all day. Not Kandy. Kandy ended Friday.
