I bought an "Unlimited Data" Tourist SIM, but now it's unusable. Scam?
I bought the "Unlimited 7-Day Plan" from the airport counter. It was fast for the first day, but now I can't even load Instagram.
It says "Unlimited" on the card. Did I get a bad SIM? Or is the network just bad in the South?

This is the classic "Fair Usage Policy" (FUP) trap that confuses almost every tourist.
- The Fine Print: Most "Unlimited" tourist plans have a hidden speed cap. They might give you 10GB at 4G speed, but after that, they throttle you down to 1 Mbps or 512 Kbps. That is too slow for Instagram Reels or TikTok.
- The Solution: Do not buy "Unlimited" plans if you are a heavy user.
- The Fix: Download the carrier's app (MyDialog or Selfcare), check your balance, and buy a "Data Add-On" (e.g., "50GB Anytime Data"). This will restore your 4G speed immediately. It costs about $3.
