27 Aug, Kandy station, late morning. Queue looks like a story. We still want the last night procession. Need a local, not a brochure. If the festival continues to 28th Diya/Dahawal, do not pack us like it ends on the kerb tonight.

If the line is a story at 15:00, bail for the kerb. Tonight is the procession. Courtyard can wait. Shoes off, shoulders covered if you do go in. Do not invent a reserved street.

If it is still raining, sit. The other cove is the same water with a hill. Kandy station was the pin.
