Cover legs and shoulders for the courtyard; street is mixed; shoes off only inside. Sri Wickrama Rajasinghe Mawatha if you want drums before faces is street, so shoes on, but do not treat a shop step like a sofa if the owner is there. two adults, one daypack: carrier beats a stroller. Kumbal is a real night, not a failed Randoli. Saturday 22 Aug is the last Kumbal; Randoli nights follow after this. Skip the courtyard if you have nothing to cover with. No whole-city dress code.
