5th Kumbal 6:28 at the bookshop step if the owner is still there — from Gampola, still a last hop, then the kerb, seated in, walk the last bit
Saturday 22 Aug, Kandy, last Kumbal before Randoli. Listed 6:28 PM. We are bags still at a Peradeniya pin. Pin in mind: the bookshop step if the owner is still there. From Gampola, still a last hop, then the kerb. Street if we can. No municipal ticket I will invent. Water already in the bag.

Keep this calendar day honest: Saturday 22 Aug is 5th Kumbal at 6:28 PM. Ordinary hops still exist around it — gardens at opening, ATM at noon, seated trains, bottles, ORS. the bookshop step if the owner is still there is the night pin if you still go. Do not remix fuel-queue talk or a gazette sheet into a festival-week pavement. Kumbal is a real night, not a failed Randoli. Saturday 22 Aug is the last Kumbal; Randoli nights follow after this. Agree a tuk drop on Peradeniya Road or Katugastota Road, not on Raja Veediya at table time. The grid is cones and shoulders.
If you sit a table, order. Occupying shade with a bottle you brought is the rude version. Fine.
