Cover legs and shoulders for the courtyard; street is mixed; shoes off only inside. the hotel service lane behind Dalada, exit first is street, so shoes on, but do not treat a shop step like a sofa if the owner is there. we will not pay a hotel package: carrier beats a stroller. Kumbal is a real night, not a failed Randoli. Saturday 22 Aug is the last Kumbal; Randoli nights follow after this. Skip the courtyard if you have nothing to cover with. No whole-city dress code.
Poncho. Umbrella on that pinch is a fight. They run wet if it is the procession.
Seated later. Unreserved standing with shells is how you hate Saturday.
We waited until it was dull and dry. Flip-flops were a mistake at eight.
