Saturday 22 Aug, Kandy, last Kumbal before Randoli. Listed 6:28 PM. We are we will not pay a hotel package. Pin in mind: the tiled shade opposite the old palace wing. White shirt versus something that hides dust. Street if we can. No municipal ticket I will invent. Water already in the bag.

Cover legs and shoulders for the courtyard; street is mixed; shoes off only inside. the tiled shade opposite the old palace wing is street, so shoes on, but do not treat a shop step like a sofa if the owner is there. we will not pay a hotel package: carrier beats a stroller. Kumbal is a real night, not a failed Randoli. Saturday 22 Aug is the last Kumbal; Randoli nights follow after this. Skip the courtyard if you have nothing to cover with. No whole-city dress code.
