Saturday 22 Aug, Kandy, last Kumbal before Randoli. Listed 6:28 PM. We are we will not pay a hotel package. Pin in mind: the Yatinuwara pinch where the line slows for a turn. Which corner the cortege slows so a photo is not a shove. Street if we can. No municipal ticket I will invent. Water already in the bag.

One row back still sees brass; first row people who camped are wrecked before the casket. Kumbal is a real night, not a failed Randoli. Saturday 22 Aug is the last Kumbal; Randoli nights follow after this. Agree a tuk drop on Peradeniya Road or Katugastota Road, not on Raja Veediya at table time. The grid is cones and shoulders. Do not invent a municipal ticket or a city-wide viewing pass.
