The ATM in Weligama is out of cash. Do banks refill these machines on Saturday afternoons.

Most major bank ATMs like Commercial Bank and BOC are refilled on weekends in busy tourist areas. However, smaller banks might run empty until Monday. Try a different bank ATM nearby.
