You simply fill out a short form with your passport details and pay the fee, which is around 35 USD for most nationalities. The approval is usually emailed to you within 24 to 48 hours. It is a very efficient system.

Just make sure your passport is valid for at least six months from your date of arrival. If you make a typo in your passport number on the online application, the visa will be invalid and you will have to pay again at the airport upon arrival.
