6pm at 6:28 PM is 0.1 mm light rain on the 7:26 stamp - dry dusk broke
Just now the six o'clock column is cloudy and light rain, 0.1 mm, 25 degrees. All morning dusk was zero millimetres on the 6:26 stamp and we told friends it would be dry. Partner wants to skip 6:28 PM because the dry dusk broke. I think 0.1 mm is drizzle on the casket, not a washout. Stand in it, or wait for Sunday.

On the 7:26 stamp, 6pm Kandy is 0.1 mm / cloudy and light rain / 42 percent chance / 25 C / humidity 80 percent / gusts about 25. Official table still 6:28 PM. Ada, Newsfirst, Newswire and Mirror have no Saturday cancellation. 0.1 mm is not a Met washout and not a new bulletin.
We stand in worse. Compact umbrella. Leave 17:30. Do not invent a rain delay.
Saturday Met still says several spells in Kandy. That bulletin aged to about an hour, it did not add millimetres. Foreca's dusk column is the number that moved.
