Earlier talk was about dusk picking up 0.1 mm. Now the same hour flipped the other way - 0.1 light rain became 0 mm Cloudy on the new stamp. Is that a real dry-out after the auspicious time, or model noise.

Real columns moved. 6pm mm 0.1 to 0, symbol lost light rain, gusts 29 to 32, precip held 31%. Stamp later than 18:26. Not a stamp-only same-number flip.

Live hour is 7pm with its own 0 mm / g29 / 29%. The dusk dry-out does not rewrite the live hour by itself.
