Driving Puttalam-side. Pump looks restickered. Driver says tourists use 95 only. Car book says 92. Wednesday 2 Sep night.

92 is 399, 95 is 475, diesel is 382. Photograph the board. If only 95 is actually in the nozzle, that is 475 for 95, not a tourist tax on 92. Walk to the next pump if the sticker is a story. Puttalam/Chilaw are not on Bulletin 01 — do not remix heat into a pump.
