Just now 9:30 is about ninety minutes away, not two and a half hours. We are still at breakfast. Partner wants to sit and go with the 9:30 crowd. I think the machine is empty because first theva emptied an hour ago. Queue now at 3000, or wait and share the line.

Foreigner tickets from the machine: LKR 3,000 other countries / LKR 2,500 SAARC plus Thailand and Myanmar. First theva closed 7:00. Middle morning 9:30 to 11:00. Going now is the gap. No invented queue fee.

9:30 is when locals and late tourists arrive together. The empty machine is this hour.

Shorts and sleeveless not permitted. Wraps at the entrance, no invented wrap price. Temple still open without a theva on.
