Ada mentioned a special traffic plan for Second Randoli today. Does that change afternoon tuk routes around the lake, or only closer to the 7:00 PM start. Not police still holding one corner right after last night return, and not tape still up in the dispersal.

Expect tighter controls later afternoon toward the 7:00 PM start, not necessarily at breakfast. For afternoon errands, allow extra time and use outer roads the police publish. Ask your driver which ring is open rather than forcing Dalada Veediya.
