Adams Peak has two main routes. STANDARD (Nallathanniya/Delhouse side): well-lit, tea stalls, 5-6 hour round trip, most tourists. RED TRAIL (Ratnapura side): much longer, less lit, harder — 10-14 hours round trip, more strenuous, few facilities.

Standard route for 95% of visitors. Red trail for physical challenge seekers with strong hiking experience. Best done in season (Dec-May) — off-season is dangerous. Never solo, always share plan with accommodation. Weather at summit: cold, misty even in dry season.
