If showers return while we wait for First Randoli, are shops still stocking adult plastic ponchos after 5, or is only morning hire left. Not kids ponchos and not rain-jacket hire.

Some stalls near the lake and approach streets still sell simple adult ponchos after 5 when clouds return. Stock thins fast — buy at the first fair stall rather than hunting at the front curb.
