After Final Randoli, Diya at 1:28 AM. We will miss Dahawal if we stay up for this?
Solo, camera, trying not to be the rude one. Diya Kapeema is listed 1:28 AM on Friday 28 Aug after Final Randoli. We will miss Dahawal if we stay up for this.

Asgiriya-side last drop: walk away from the Maligawa door if you need an exit with kids. The return bend is when people get stupid. Diya Kapeema listed 1:28 AM. I go home when the last drummers pass my step, not when Facebook live says ended. Diya is a water-cutting ritual at 1:28 AM, not a second Grand Randoli. If you need sleep, skip it and do Dahawal at 2:18 PM. Do not invent a tourist ticket for it. Call the desk before you guess a late checkout.
We skipped Final Randoli for 3rd Kumbal because of a shower in the afternoon. Shower passed. Should have just taken the poncho. They do not rain-off a listed 6:43 PM for a passing cell. Shoes you can stand in, not the pretty pair.
Flash near the casket is rude. Street side on Diya Kapeema people photograph constantly. Be the boring one: no flash, no stepping into the line. Then tea, then the room.
