Morning theva is done and it is midday. Partner wants to sit on a kerb from early afternoon. I think that is hours too soon for 6:28. How early from midday do people actually claim space on this loop.

Midday is for lunch/lake/rest. Crowds thicken later afternoon; many visitors leave lodgings around 17:30 for a 6:28 start. Exact "best minute" is not on a gazette.

Use published corridor logic (William Gopallawa / Old Peradeniya; 1 km 270 m). Hotline 081 22 33 333. No new Saturday-only map this morning.

Do not leave bags unattended - season theft warnings remain the Friday/season spine, not a new Saturday card.
