Airalo already on the phone - still buy a physical Dialog at the arrivals desk for the inland days

eSIM connected in the jetway. WhatsApp works. Do we still queue Dialog for Kandy and the A1 later, or is that double spend.

Physical Dialog if you are going inland after Colombo. eSIM was enough for PickMe at CMB. It got thin toward Kandy for us. Desk pack, passport, ten minutes. Keep Airalo as backup, don't reload it at a tourist speech.

We skipped the desk, used Airalo two days, bought Dialog at a Cargills in Negombo. Also fine. Arrivals desk is just faster at 2am.
