Tout says night rate. We know 110 first km / 90 after is the Ada hold, not an NTC draft as law. 02:00.

Prepaid van. Night kerb tuk quoting a speech is not the Ada 110/90 hold. That hold is a meter logic in town, not a 2am airport argument. Booth slip. Don't legislate on the pavement.
