A closed Sunday counter is ordinary. Monday a real branded shop. Do not invent a nationwide outage. Screenshot maps tonight. Wi-Fi and screenshots stretch a dead SIM until a real counter. No named CMB delay. In Colombo this is an ordinary leftover decision. That is the lived version, not a gazette. We would pick the boring option. Then the room.
