Same DWC piece. Campsites reserved in Zones I and II for the closure window also stay closed, with alternative dates offered. We paid a campsite for mid-September. Wait for whatever date they give, or walk away now.

Call DWC and take a written alternative, or walk away if the new date kills the itinerary. Do not invent a refund amount they did not publish.

We would not sit hoping the campsite quietly stays open. Mid-September is inside the Zones 1 and 2 rest.

Walk away if they cannot give a date that fits. Drought closure is not a soft maybe.
