Booked 5 nights. Then noticed the reviews from 2025 are mixed. Is it still good or should I switch?

Went 2 months ago. Still nice - property is well-maintained, beach still stunning, food average-to-good. Mixed reviews are usually about specific staff interactions or maintenance issues that get fixed. For 5 nights honeymoon: request pool-facing room or beach-facing (specifically state 'not garden view'), book couples spa treatment ahead, and don't expect luxury-luxury (it's upscale-mid, not Amanwella tier). If your expectation is 'gorgeous beach + relaxed honeymoon', you'll love it. If your expectation is 'flawless 6-star service', maybe reconsider.

Going in July so peak season. Requesting beach-facing room. Thanks.

^ this. Also May-Sept is Passikudah season - if you're there in that window, beach is at its calm best. Nov-Feb the sea can be rough on the east coast.
