Friend driving. 3am to beat heat. Heat Bulletin 01 East + Monaragala holds today and 2 Sep. I hate 3am. 7am van has A/C. 1:40.

7am A/C if you are not trying to surf a 6am peak. 3am is for people who like dark cows on the road. Caution makes a noon Ampara stop ugly; it does not require a pre-dawn martyrdom. Water either way. I will not invent a night-only east corridor.
