Pack damp in its own bag if the hop will not wait. A shop dryer beats standing on a hot balcony at noon. In Anuradhapura this is an ordinary leftover decision. Leave a small margin and do not add a second hop tonight. We would not stand in noon sun for a maybe. Then shade.
