Turnover is the hygiene. A busy local plate is fine. Sitting oil is not. Hungry kids on a late hop fuss. Do not invent a fee. In Anuradhapura this is an ordinary leftover decision. Leave a small margin and do not add a second hop tonight. We would not convert a paid pin into a panic move at noon. Then the room.
