Are there any local food stalls inside the Dehiwala Zoo.
We plan to spend a few hours there. Can we easily buy lunch or snacks inside.

1 Answer from travellers
Yes there are definitely several basic small local canteens and highly simple food stalls situated directly actively inside the Dehiwala Zoo property. They strictly essentially serve highly basic local snacks heavily deep fried pastries incredibly sweet local ice cream and cold bottled drinks perfectly suited for a quick rest break. However the overall culinary quality is exceptionally basic so many foreign tourists actively specifically prefer grabbing a significantly highly premium delicious lunch at a proper restaurant completely outside the gates immediately after their visit.
