If you suffer from vertigo or a severe fear of heights you absolutely must not climb to the very top. The external spiral staircase becomes incredibly narrow near the pinnacle forcing you to squeeze against the wall.

While there are metal guard rails they are relatively low hitting roughly at waist height. The staircase is completely open to the elements meaning you will feel intense powerful winds pushing against you at the summit.
