20 Aug, arrivals exchange desk. passport out, notes thin. We need data before Pettah. Not trying to invent a lockout. a soda and move is the backup.

Passport at the counter. Kollupitiya Dialog in the morning is a queue, not a lane cousin. Airport kiosk is a kiosk. I will not invent a 20 Aug SIM shortage. A stretched dead map is how you buy a headache. Write the number on paper.
