Arugam Bay dawn patrol — marine amber until 11:30, is the main peak even running
It is 01:20. I would paddle at 6 if the peak is a class and not a photo. Last marine sheet Amber Hambantota–Pottuvil until 11:30 2 Sep, 50–60 gusty. Morning doubt: does it still hold. I will not pay a colour to a board-rental.

Until 11:30 the named Amber still holds unless a later PDF replaces it. Fetch at first light. Dawn patrol into 50–60 is how you swim with your board. Peak can sit. Rental desk does not write Met. If the sheet is still Amber, you do not need a surcharge — you need to stay off that sea. After 11:30 do not treat it as still in force without a new sheet.
Same named stretch from here. Fishermen know the PDF. Tourists argue with chalk.
