We arrived late last night and only found a side street toward Asgiriya. Second Kumbal listed 6:41. Is that a dead angle, or a lived late-gap with a side view of flags.

Side view. Fine if you arrived late. You will see flags and backs, not the tusker close. If you can be earlier, Dalada is the line. Do not invent a reserved Asgiriya kerb.

Sangaraja bend is the other late option. Same honesty: umbrellas, not a front metre.

We stood a side street last night and still felt it. Kids preferred less crush. Tonight we will try earlier anyway.
