21 Aug, elder plus one, one stick, ordinary bags. We want a sit. Jaffna ATM queue looks priced like a postcard. library has a local queue.

Walk two minutes if you can. Queues, not a shutdown; try a second machine. Nobody is scamming you at Jaffna ATM queue; they are pricing for the terrace. I will not invent a cover charge. One drink if you want the photo, then leave.

Leave a buffer. Agree the fare before you sit. Do not cut it to twenty minutes at Jaffna ATM queue and then argue in a jam.
