ATM on Colombo Street before 6:53 — draw now, because after drums the queue was a joke in every story we read — two packs and leftover night rain
Notes thin. Card still works at the guesthouse. Need cash for tuks and fruit. Third Kumbal listed 6:53. Not trying to invent a town-wide shutdown. two backpacks.

Draw this morning. After 6:53 the Colombo Street machine is a tourist pile. If it fails, walk, do not follow a cousin with a POS. Screenshot the balance. A failed swipe still counts on some cards. I will not invent a Kandy-wide cash shutdown. It is queues.
We drew at 10:00, paid fruit in cash, card at the room. Fine. After drums nobody had patience.
If you need a lump, do it in daylight. Night machines run out when everyone thinks the same.
Kids: one adult queues, the rest sit in shade. Pride tries three machines and melts.
Fruit and short hops want notes. The guesthouse card does not pay a kerb banana.
