Try Queen steps if the line at upstairs sash is a timetable. Queues are queues, not a shutdown. One drink if you sit a window; street is closer to elephants. I will not invent a town-wide cash closure. If both fail, another street, not a cousin with a POS.

Leave a buffer. Agree the fare before you sit. Do not cut it to twenty minutes at Colombo Street upstairs tea and then argue in a jam.
