Try library if the line at ATM is a timetable. Queues are queues, not a shutdown. Queues, not a shutdown; try a second machine. I will not invent a town-wide cash closure. If both fail, another street, not a cousin with a POS.

Leave a buffer. Agree the fare before you sit. Do not cut it to twenty minutes at Jaffna ATM queue and then argue in a jam.
