Try Nuwara town tea shop if the line at estate gate is a timetable. Queues are queues, not a shutdown. Walk-ins still happen after coaches leave; I do not quote a fake tasting ticket. I will not invent a town-wide cash closure. If both fail, another street, not a cousin with a POS.
Walk off the route, then pin. Closed streets spin the app. Pedro estate road is not a farm-track pickup. Write 110 if you actually mean a tuk hold.
