River was brown. Operator said sit. We are mid-island with a day. 23 Aug leftover rain.

Sit tea and go back if the river is a no. Avissawella is a junction, not a consolation prize I will dress up. I will not invent a 23 Aug second rapid. Colombo is allowed.
