Heating: hotel electric kettles work for warming bottles. Restaurant staff also happy to help. Microwave less standard but hotel restaurants have. Baby food warmed in hot water bath (bottle in cup of hot water) — universal method.

Cooling: hotel mini-fridge essential — request one if not standard. Insulated bottle bag with ice pack keeps milk cool for 4-6 hours. Baby food (Nestle, some Sri Lankan brands) widely available. For breastfeeding: hotel fridges for pumped milk storage.
