Backpack straps are digging in an hour into First Randoli. Drop the bag at our feet for a stretch, or keep it on so it is not kicked forward. Not daypack-at-feet specifically for whip-crackers, and not a camera-bag afternoon thread.

Drop it at your feet between loud segments if the curb is stable and one person watches it. Strap it back on when the crowd surges or when you might need to move — a kicked bag in the lane is worse than sore shoulders.

Loop a strap around your ankle lightly if you sit so it cannot be nudged forward.

If the bag holds the power bank you still need, keep it on and loosen the straps instead.
