Tight. Bandarawela to a Kandy kerb by 6:41 is a van you take early afternoon, not a night bus story. If the kerb is the new plan, leave before leftover light and do not tour on the way. If the hill night is paid, keep it. 2nd Kumbal is not a rehearsal you must catch from Uva.
