Not for bargaining: supermarkets, restaurants, licensed jewelers, hotels. Bargain warmly, not aggressively. If you don't want to buy, don't pretend to bargain (rude). Local kade (small local eateries): fixed prices, no bargain. Craft workshops: prices modest usually, small bargain fine.
