After 3 PM, when do crossings on Colombo Street and Kotugodella usually close for good on First Randoli night. Trying to time our last cross.

Crossings tighten through late afternoon and then stop being reliable as staging builds. Make your last intentional cross earlier than the start time — do not gamble on a gap at 6.
