Batticaloa lagoon hop, Wednesday ordinary, host quoting an east-closed story

Host says eastern boats are off because of 'the amber'. I have heat Caution for Eastern and a marine Amber for Hambantota–Pottuvil until 11:30. Batticaloa is not Pottuvil. We want a short lagoon sit after sunrise, not a surf boat.

Lagoon hop is ordinary. Heat Caution is shade later, not a lagoon padlock. Marine Amber is a south-east sea stretch ending at Pottuvil, not this lagoon. Host mixing two PDFs is a closed-boat story. Pay a short sit if you want; do not pay a colour.
