Board the bus that exists. Inventing an inland alternative is how you miss the hop. School-holiday Monday stands. Temporary 6:30 Gothatuwa was a local pass, not every 175 forever. Caution is Monday daytime heat, not Extreme, not a town close. Shade, water, early or late. In Polonnaruwa this is an ordinary leftover decision. If the desk already holds, keep it. We would not walk a dark bridge with bags. Then ask the desk which gate.
We would pick the quieter version in Polonnaruwa and stop adding leftover ideas.
If it is already paid, keep it and start early. If not, Monday morning is still a hop.
