We are in Batticaloa. SIM is thin and the Batticaloa queue is in the sun.

Hotel Wi-Fi until evening unless the SIM is truly dead. A hot queue is the strenuous bit. Counters still open.

We would Wi-Fi. A sun queue for data is a poor trade.
