Belihuloya weather (600m): Days 18-25°C, nights 10-15°C (Dec-Feb can hit 5°C at higher elevations). Pack: fleece + windbreaker, long trousers, warm socks, closed shoes, light rain jacket. Umbrella useful year-round.

Hot water: essential at altitude — verify at accommodation. Rain: micro-climate with sudden showers possible. Sun UV: still high despite cool feel — SPF necessary. Fog in early mornings makes for magical landscapes.
