Yala photography: 300-500mm lens minimum for wildlife. Fast shutter 1/500-1/2000 for movement. High ISO acceptable (3200+). Continuous autofocus. Brace against jeep frame. Best light: golden hour early morning and last afternoon.

Gear checklist: telephoto lens, tripod not needed (jeep unstable anyway), monopod optional, spare batteries (heat drains fast), silica gel packs for humidity, lens rain cover. Book jeep with open-top roof for elevation.
