During the golden hour, almost all tourists flock to the southern point near the lighthouse or the clock tower. To escape the crowds entirely, walk along the eastern ramparts facing the harbor and the naval base. It offers beautiful, warm light reflecting off the water and is almost always completely empty and peaceful.
